NOTES: Routine cytopoint injection

HISTORY: Presenting for C5 vacc today. 
- EDUD: Normal. No V+/D+. 
- Scooting a bit lately. 
- Gets cytopoint every 2-3 months across Spring. 
- Diet: Combo of zeewee + dry food supermarket + cooked chicken/pork or raw lamb/beef. 
- Flea/Worm prevention: UTD with nexgard spectra. 
- Current medications: Cytopoint PRN in Spring
- Health concerns: Scooting.
CLIN_EXAM: BAR. 
HR - 88. Normal rhythm. No murmur detected. MM - pink + moist. CRT <2 seconds. 
RR -  Pant, normal bronchovesicular sounds, normal costoabdominal respiratory pattern. 
Dental - Grade 0/4 . Normal occlusion. 
Eyes/Ears - NAD
Integument: no evidence of ectoparasites, good coat condition
BCS - 5/9
MSK - Good ROM all 4.
Abdomen - Soft + palpable. Comfortable on palpation. 
Rectal - Both AGs full. Both expressed normal liquidy material.
TREATMENT: Administered C5 vacc SC. Due again in one year. 
Pro-heart SR-12 0.45mls given SC. 
Nail trim done. Did lift lip a bit but no bite attempts or squirming so didn't need to muzzle today. 
Recc tapewormer.
DIAG: Fit to vacc today.
