History:History: Oakley presented for recheck of ongoing diarrhea. Diarrhea is improving; less watery but still soft. Last defecation was yesterday. EDDU normally. No V+. No coughing/sneezing. Energy levels are normal - thought may be was quiet on Tuesday but on reflection is fine. O has been administering probiotics and Panadol.

Physical Examination:

- BAR
- Temp 38.3
- Eyes & ears clear, free from discharge or inflammation.
- Oral Exam: MM pink & moist, CRT <2, no skin tent.
- Cardiothoracic auscultation clear with no murmurs/arrythmias, crackles or wheezes. Pulses strong & synchronous.
- Abdominal palpation soft & comfortable with no palpable masses, organomegaly or thickenings. Noted to be more comfortable than previous visit.
- No peripheral lymphadenopathy
- Skin & coat in good condition

Diagnostics:

- In-house bloodwork performed (abdo panc profile)
- Fecal sample requested for analysis.

Differentials:

- Gastroenteritis

Treatment:

- Blood collection performed - R jugular, very tolerant for this.

Recommendations & Follow Up/Discussion:

- Vet to call O's partner with blood results this afternoon.
- Continue probiotics until course is finished. Discontinue Panadol as patient appears comfortable; may restart for 1-2 days if needed.
- O to submit a fecal sample for analysis. May wait to submit if patient continues to improve and bloodwork is unremarkable.
- Monitor clinical signs at home.

Hi Ela, I just tried to call Tom with Oakley's blood results and left a voice message.
The bloodwork looks perfect with all values between normal ranges so no cause for concern on this.
