Dear Dr Tom & Colleagues,Please find attached the protocol sheet for carboplatin for Lucifer Dickinson. This is the protocol that we used in the hospital, hopefully this is helpful to you. We generally recommend metoclopramide or maropitant prior to chemotherapy. We also send our patients home with oral maropitant and prokolin in case they required it. We recommend day 10 CBC nadir from carboplatin dose and pending neutrophil level, to repeat another CBC in 48 hours until plateau.
