06/03/2026 Consultation nurse: JW Reason for presentation: Post tx review and check eyes History for today: Finished meds BAR EDDU well Gave telfast yesterday Rubbing / pawing at eyes slight squinting of eyes Previous medical/surgical concerns: 14/02/26: sedation for examination of feet and eyes 4/2/26 right hind chewing hard to examine pododerm - malaseb and KC vax and clav 03/2025: Behaviour chat - Trazodone 100mg for routine modification and with trainer. 21/03/2025: Dental scale and polish. 12/08/2024: Tick removed from snout. Bravecto TGH. 05/01/2024: Bee sting on foot. Antihistamine given. 24/10/2023: Interdigital dermatitis. 17/05/2023: Eye recheck - lump on external R lower eyelid - Framixin H 5 days and monitor. 04/05/2023: Ocular discharge and swelling - Framixin H 5 days. 15/03/2023: Suspected mild atopy, went home with Surolan and Aerius. 09/03/2023: Desexed.
