Issue vomiting up kibble in the morning, has it in the evening and can keep it down. Mixed with wet food. Owner is suspicious its the change of diet. Very difficult dog to examine, bit owner in consult - hand cleaned offered bandaging but owner happy to do at home. No pain on palpation of abdomen, cannot take temperature due to reaction. Discussed treatment options with owner. Owner happy its likely dietary related and will cahnge diet with losec at home as antacid. If persisting or getting worse will sedate for x rays and bloods.
