06/03/2026 KMS - admitted for ultrasound with Insight to investigate elevated liver enzymes
- O had no other concerns. Still no clinical signs of PU/PD noted by O at home
- TPR wnl
- Sedation: 0.03mg/kg acepromazine IM + 0.2mg/kg butorphanol IM
- Ultrasound performed by Insight
- Main findings: enlarged adrenal glands, mixed echogenicity within the liver parenchyma with hyperechoic nodules
- Called O and offered FNA. O happy with that
- FNA of left liver parenchyma and nodule was collected to be sent to external lab for cytology (Alfaxalone to effect was used for this)
- Patient was discharged and advised I will call back with cytology results once available as well as the final ultrasound reportAnimal clinical history (3 most recent)
