06/03/2026 H: Started going lame over the last 3/4 days Lifting her hind right paw She had just been at the groomers the day before (new groomers) The groomer cut her paw pad - but that wass her front right Toe touching, but sometimes looks fine CE: Demeanor: bar, friendly BCS 2.5/5 HR: wnl, reg RR: nad CRT: <1sec MM: pink & moist LNs nad EYES: NAD EARS: NAD NOSE: NAD ORAL EXAM: SKIN: NAD ABDOMINAL PALPATION: soft, nad MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM: right leg shorter on full extension & very uncomfortable on palpation of hip - suspect dislocation PLAN: admit for sedate/GA & rads hips & stifles Premed; 0.06ml dom & 0.04ml torb Rads: - Healthy hips - Bilateral patellar luxation, worse on the right - Neg cranial drawer test PLAN: needs strict rest and continue NSAIDs booked in for patella sx with DG next Thursday Poss
