All of her back end was wet. Since consult last week she has perked up significantly, seems to have responded well to antibiotics Eating as normal, no changes in drinking. No further vomiting since last visit, no diarrhoea O placed libre this morning Current meds - toujeo 9IU BID, trilostane BID Behaviour/Temperament: Fearful / Anxious / Stressed / Relaxed / Confident / TimidFAS Score:Relevant Pre-Visit/EMR Information:Objective:HR/PR:Temp: 38.5MM:Pulse: Resp:Hydration: GIT:U/G:Ears/Skin:Eyes:M/S:Dental:Other: Assessment: Ongoing UTI ddx: poor diabetic/cushings control vs resistance vs other Options: 1. Send sample for C&S 2.
