Appointment Notes: Overdue remindersO called wanting more Losec - was also slightly angry that she has run out and they haven't matched up with the other tablets as she is thinking she will be paying more on the prescription fee f she gets them separately. - they are not lining up as she got the Losec from sash at a different tim of the other meds (O was ok with this)I have advised that KG has given them 5 repeats which is already a exception - the 5 repeats should have lasted them 6 months though has only lasted 4The O said they may have been giving 2 tablets a day for  while though cant remember and will make sure to only gve on tablet for the future. - i have also let the O know that they are charged a prescription fee for every medication and it will not make a difference if they are bought on the same day or not- have let the O know that KG is happy to give them another 6 months worth of scripts though they will need to book a consult before May FVRx: Omeprazole (LOSEC) 20mg tabletsMitte: 30 tabletsSig: For the Dog ‘Buddy’.
