Swimming more with sunken feet than floating.No medications given.Examine: collarettes on body and ventral abdomen from the allergic reaction - not prurtic.Mild back pain but more pain on deep palpation of lumbar muscles.Did seem beeter after this...Assessment: liekly muscle sprainTreatment: meloxicom 1.5mg once a day for 3 days - if needing more will ring at end of week.For skin - consider topical treatment is preferable - try Barazone Plan: try on Barazone - need to order?5 pumps into gloved hand, rubbed over body, once a week for no more than 6 weeks.
