Hx: Ate at lunchtime fine, drinking normally. 
Had a vomit and has had dry retching and regurgitation last couple of hours
Nil d+ noted
Some coins in the ouse wondering if she's eaten something she shouldn't.
Diet: eureka air dried raw like lyka, a bit of big dog and homemade treats chicken & mince jerky. 
UTD parasite treatment monthly. 
Last season: October
No access to baits, toxins, pharmaceuticals etc, 

Exam:
BAR nervous girl mountain goat. BCS 5/9
EENT: retained 504, MM slightly tacky P 2s
CVS: Clear ausc ssfp 130bpm
Resp: panting, clear
Abdo palp: comfortable, nil FB palpated. 
Integument: nsf
MSK: ambulatory x4. MLP LH? did not grade today.
Urogenital: normal toileting reported
Neuro: normal gait and mentaiton
LNs: SMLN & PLLN wnl

Assessment:
Mild v+ ddx open; dietary indiscretion vs FB ingestion vs toxin. 

Plan:
Trial maropitant, buprenorphine and pro-kolin.
If v+ through maropitant present for imaging (abdo rads). 

Doing well at home.  No O concerns.
Diet = O confirmed food is appropriate for puppies
Parasite control = drontal

Eyes - bilateral tear stains
Ears & nose - clear
Oral - deciduous dentition, good occlusion
Cardio - regular, no murmur appreciated
Resp - clear lung sounds
Abdo - comfortable, no abdominal or inguinal hernias
MSK - patellas in place, FLs & HLs good ROM

O would like to wait until Tilly is a bit older for desexing, advised of heat cycle ~9 months old.  Aiming for desexing ~1 year old.

BIOP 3 weeks
Settling in great. 
Toilet training is going well. Navigating dog door well. 
Harmonious at home, everyone getting along well
Diet - Eureka (freeze dried) - not puppy specific. Finishes all of meals, rarely hyporexic. Other dog getting Big dog.
Parasite prophylaxis - Drontal --> monthly until 6 months now. 
No coughing, sneezing. No V+, D+. 

Examination:
BAR - wriggly but good for exam. 
EENO: Clear. Good dentition with normal occlusion. 
Superficial LNS WNL 
Cardiothoracic auscultation: Normal HR. No m/a. Normal BVS bilaterally
Abdominal palpation soft, non painful
BCS 5/9. MCS 2/2. 

Assessment: Suitable for vaccination
Plan: Protech C3 + Caningen KC SC dorsal midline neck 

Comms: 
- Discussed puppy school, socialisation, desexing at approx 8 mo
- Extensive discussion RE diet and importance for puppy formulations, to send information RE eureka vs other puppy specific diets.
