Peripheral odontogenic fibroma (POF) 301-401 (incompletely excised)
Fibrogingival hyperplasia
Periodontal disease
History of pancreatitis and increased ALP
An increase in medication to support the proteinuria is recommended.
 Plan
revisit 2 weeks for repeat blood pressure and renal panel including electrolytes. If creatinine increases
significantly, then telmisartan to stop.
revisit 8-10 weeks for blood pressure, deluxe renal panel and 3-6 monthly thereafter
Spoke to owner on the telephone to advise a treatment addition. I don't however want any changes over the long weekend and
my team can contact her on Tuesday regarding the telmisartan script and to arrange revisit in 2 and 8 weeks.

Under Dr Fleur for renal problems
Not eating properly for a few weeks - refusing biscuits in the morning, O mashes them and then eats this
O concerned teeth causing inappetence, breath malodourous, groomer thinks teeth look bad
Given gabapentin this morning 100mg, slept all day since
Since given gabapentin unable to stand, wobbly, PRIOR TO THIS FINE
O spoke to Animalius, recommended visit here first
On amlodipine and renal diet
8.75kg in November at Animalius
No vomiting or diarrhoea, possible one vomit yesterday
Drinking normally
