Prior episodes of accidents and licking behaviour; previously discussed with the clinic and improvements noted following medication trail. Assessment - Suspected urinary incontince due to Urethral Sphincter Mechanism Incompetence (USMI) Treatment - Continued new medication as previously recommended. - Advised mixing wet and dry food for improved feeding. - Advised routine cleaning using baby wipes for hygiene, specifically wiping externally only. - Monitor for further episodes or signs of urinary infection. - Recheck scheduled in four weeks. - Discussed possible imaging/radiographs.
