Eyes clear, no discharge, no blepharospasm. Ears no discharge, no erythema, no odour. No nasal discharge.<br>CV/Resp: heart auscultates clear, no murmor noted. Clear breath sounds in all lung fields on auscultation, nomal effort.<br>GI/UG: abdominal palpation - soft and no obvious abnormalities palpated<br>Integ: skin in good condition, no lesions<br>LN: peripheral lymph nodes palpable < 1cm<br>MSK: Ambulating with 3/5 lameness RF. Reluctant to extend R fore, yelped when palpated caudal aspect of shoulder joint. Repeatable. 4/5 lame after examination. <br><br>Assessment:<br>Discussed with O can trial NSAID and rest. If back to normal modify exercise. If persistently lame recommend xrays. <br><br>Plan:<br>Meloxicam and gabapentin for next 5 days and strict rest <br>If doesn't repsond or worsens once start activity again recommend sedated xrays</p> </div> </div></html>
