Hx: left ear.Ran in house bloods - failry unremarkable but did have midly high SDMA. So started on IVhartmans early and kept him on for longer. Urea and creatinine were normal. Gave ket/val induction, maintained on iso/o2, good GAChecked both ears- right was a bit inflamed but mostly ok. Cleaned with malaseb and put in momtomaxLeft ear quite full of dark brown debirs ( yeast infection. Is also very inflamed. Flushed with warm salineIntegrity of tympanic memrbane is a bit questionable. Put in mometomax but applied with finger ito the top section if the ear canal. Uneventful recoveryWould reccomend continuing on pred as ears very red.    Vital Signs    Weight: 35;
