Reason: Check Eyes And General Health Check - Mp Appointment Notes: Overdue remindersHistory- DUDE wnl. No V+/D+/pu/pd. Eyes not normal and she is panting more than normal. Examination- BAR, ears/ln/abdomen nad, chest ausc ok- no murmur, lungs clear. Panting in consult but no obvious abnromal respiratory effort. Coat in good condition. Severely overweight- needs to loose approx 5kg. Severe dental dz- multiple extractions required. Eyes- bilateral mild PLH, mucoid discharge in medial cantus bilaterally. Retinas/iris/lens nad. Cornea- moderate keratitis in L eye and mild in R. STT 18mm bilaterally and no fluorescein uptake.Assessment- needs to loose weight and consider dental once she is a little lighter.Start on amacin and recheck in 2-3 weeks then consider moving onto something long term if needed.
