History- DUDE wnl. No V+/D+/pu/pd. No issues getting eye ointment into both eyes. Examination- BAR, ears/ln/abdomen nad, chest ausc ok. Overweight. Severe dental dz on LHS- O aware and will consider dental but not now. Coat in good condition. Eyes bilaterally look great, no entropion, no discharge. Corneas look healthy from afar but still very mild keratitis in medial aspect of R eye and moderate at medial aspect of L. No fluorescein uptake. STT 20mm.Treatment prednefrin eye drop for now- may need to consider optimmune or tacrolimus if ongoing/STT changes.Ideally recheck eyes in no later then 2 months. Vital Signs
