last night - up all night, sounded like he was going to vomit but didnt - gurgling sound and licking lips has changed diet recently hx changing roy/can gastro to hypoallergenic - have both roy/can and hills woke up overnight swallowing and lip licking, would like down, go back to sleep just on hypo for the last week or so - z/d soft faeces over the weekend on hypo for skin previous roy/can gastro for pancreatitis pe mm pink and moist, crt1-2s eyes and ears grossly normal oral examination ok 2/4 dental disease chest and heart auscultation wnl abdo palp comfortable hips and knees ok eating chicken treats in consult assessment suspect reflux? plan losec 10mg SID if no improvement recheck +/- bloods/admit
