EATING: WNL DRINKING: no problems noted. TOILETING: no problems noted. PARASITE CONTROL: UTD O EXERCISE: WNL HEALTH CONCERNS: No Examination: BAR. Mm pink and wet, CRT <2 secs. Oral examination = WNL Eyes and ears = Post cataract Sx going well, otherwise NSF HR = 140 no murmurs. RR = 20 lungs clear. Abdo palp = NAD. Lymph node examination = NAD. Orthopaedic examination = NAD. BCS = 5 /9 Good skin/coat Treatment: C5 vaccination SQ (DHP + BB/PI2) - signed O vacc cert. Plan / Next Visit: 12m vacc/check To call if any concerns sooner.
