Presenting Complaint: vomiting yesterday History: OR Boris started vomiting yesterday afternoon approx 4pm Multiple large vomits then vomiting bile Today has been fine - no more V+, no D+ - normal stool No known diet change/scavenging Physical Exam: BAR - examined with male O and behaved fine Very treat responsive Eyes/ears/nose NAD, MMs p+m CRT<2s, skin tent elastic, LNs WNLs, thoracic ausc NAD no HM HR 100, lungs clear, abdominal palpation soft and comfortable deep palpation tolerated, skin/coat fine, BCS 4/9 ddx: dietary indiscretion, acute gastritis etc - appears to have resolved Bravecto Quantum 1ml/10kg applied SC Cerenia dispensed to give over weekend if V+ returns - advised any worsening then will need emergency assessment
