Current medications: Eye drops -- Ocuflox and Clorsig Diet: NA Examination: Demeanour- BAR - little nervous Eyes & Ears- Nose and Throat- Mouth/teeth/gums/dental grade- Thyroid- Resp rate- Heart rate- 112bpm nil murmur Abdominal palpation- Urogenital- Musculoskeletal- BCS- Coat/skin- Anal sacs- Palpate lymph nodes- Temp- Assessment: Stained front R paw from licking / irritation Treatment: Clipped Front R paw and clean with Ilium Neocort Plan: Use cone for 2-3 days
