Tx: catheterised, 0.24ml Torb IV for TFAST. 1ml Midazolam IV then 4ml Propofol slow IV for chest xrays

TFAST: no B lines or T lines seen

Chest xrays:
- peribronchial cuffing

Abdo US:
- inflamed mesenteric LN
- old age changes to liver
- small nodule

TGH with Frusemide 20mg 1bid

Plan: cont on Pimobendan at home for life
Get O to measure resting RR before starting Frusemide, then measure again after starting Frusemide.
Rec repeat abdo US + echo in 3-6 months

Echo Summary 

- heart measurements havent changed since last echo
- mitral valves are misshapen
- some B lines on TFAST --> worried re CHF (dont always get severe LA enlargement before CHF in large breeds)
- hypertension on BP

UA: USG 1.027, pH 6.5, blood +, rest NAD
CBC: mild low retic Hgb, rest NAD
Biochem: NAD

STO to advise bloods look great. Janet thinks Marley is breathing a bit better since the weather has cooled down.
Opted to do chest xrays and abdo US here, ideally on same day if possible.
Will contact Dr Kerri and confirm date with O.
Also rec collect urine sample first of a morning to recheck USG (no charge).
