A fw interdigital cysts - not red or ulcerative etc. Ddx: allergic skin dz w/ bilat otitis externa + interdigital cysts Plan:Preds 20mg SID for 3dOsurnia applied bilat after cleaning ears w/ paw cleaner -> adv to do this every other week ongoing for maintenanceRepeat osurnia w/ nurse in 7d, then repeat cytology in 14d Recc zyrtec 10mg -> 1.5 tablets q24h for allergies as neededMalaseb bathing w/ 10 mins soak for feet 2x weekly for 4 weeks then every other week ongoing    Vital Signs    Weight: 32.6;
