Appointment Reason: Eye discharge, Appointment Notes: weepy eyes, happy to see any vet - mscBilteral conjunctivitis - right eye worse than left. Likely follicular conjunctivitis. Treat symptomatically and recheck as needed. Owner also reported did not have as good a response from last beransa. Has sig hip pathology on rads. Advised if the next beransa does not see a sig improvement in mobility and comfort - consider a course of NSAIDS - explained can often do a soft tissue injury on top of OA and that is best managed with rest and course of nsaids +/- pain relief.
