Reason: Vacc + Spot On Heel History: Had a hot spot down his neck which O has treated at home with shaving, neocort & curash - it has settled well. L hock has a spot on skin that O just noticed. R ear lump has been present for approx 18mths - has been knocked off, bled and then grown again. Doesn't seem to bother him & has not noticed any others. Simparica trio. Physical Exam: Bar. Pink moist mm. Crt 1s. Teeth great. Chest sounds nad. Nad abd palp. Slightly inflammed callous type lump on point of L hock. Haemangioma type lump inside R pinna approx 3mm diam. Assessment: fit for vaccTreatment: KC vacc given. Neocort to hock skin lesion bid until resolving. Suggest excision of ear lump. Vital Signs Weight: 33.2;
