Reason: Appears To Be Loosing Vision In Both EyesAppointment Notes: hx from Dr Paws attachedHistory:Approx 1 week ago DG suspected Audrey was losing vision in right eye. She didn't seem to see things on that side. She did have a check up at regular vet.She seemed ok yesterday out for a walk but today she seems like she has declined a lot. Very hesitant, cant seem to see stairs well, has bumped into a few things.She is not on any medication. Diet and routine are the same. No abnormal head carriage. No change in appetite or drinking. She does already have an appointment next week booked with Vet Vision. Physical Exam: BAR Heart/lungs: nad, equal normal pulses. MM: pink moist. Eyes:Left: dilated pupil, sluggish poor PLR, menace present, retina appears hyper-reflexive, tonometry: 14, will follow cotton ball dropped on left side. Stain neg. Right: dilated pupil with minimal PLR, menace absent, retina appears hyper-reflexive, tonometry 14, no reaction to cotton ball dropped on right side. Stain neg.Problem List: 1. Eyes: suspect SARDsPlan: Discussed actual diagnosis with electroretinogram which they can do at Vet Vision. No treatment for SARDs but will require lifestyle adjustment.    Vital Signs    Weight: 5.9;
