04/03/2026 DATE/TIME of CONSULTATION: 09:14hrs, Wed 04/03/26 CLINICIAN: AC/AG PRESENTING COMPLAINT: Hepatopathy recheck. HISTORY: Yesterday half watery, half formed stool. Was completely okay for the previous revisit with CC. Fed doggy ice cream a few days after and developed diarrhoea. Went onto exclusive prime 100 kanagaroo and stool started to firm up, but then got slightly softer again when owner attempted to stop prokolin. Fasted today. Amoxyclav stopped since two weeks ago. Still on Denamarin and prokolin. CLINICAL FINDINGS: BAR, HR - 120, RR - pant, MM pink, moist CRT<2 T: 37.8. Cardiovascular: no notable murmurs or arrythmias auscultated, femoral pulses good and synchronous Respiratory: increased upper respiratory noise, normal bronchovesicular sounds on auscultation, no visible nasal discharge Gastrointestinal: soft comfortable abdomen on palpation, no strong repeatable focus of pain Musculoskeletal: no strong repeatable focus of pain on gentle manipulation of limbs and joints, no notable lameness on walk Neurological: cranial nerves intact, no notable ataxia Integument: no obvious lesions Otic/Ocular: nuclear sclerosis in left eye. Lymph Nodes: no peripheral lymphadenopathy noted DIAGNOSTICS: *CBC *Chem 15 *Cobalamin - pending DIAGNOSIS: *Hepatopathy *Upper respiratory stridor *Mast cell tumour - LFL

CLINICIAN: CC/CB PRESENTING COMPLAINT: Follow up for hepatopathy HISTORY: Soft stools have resolved. Owner thinks that Louie is doing really well and back to normal now. Eating really well and no vomiting. Ate breakfast (full meal) at 8.30am Diet: Hills I/d low fat Current medications: *Amoxyclav 125mg PO BID (half a 250mg tablet) *Denamarin 1 tablet PO SID CLINICAL FINDINGS: BAR, TPR nad, abd palp comfortable DIAGNOSTIC TESTS: *Liver panel ALT 125 (was 287 on 21/01, 963 on 14/01), ALKP 61 (64 on 21/01), Tbil 5 (<2 on 21/01), Tri 1.15 *Unable to aspirate liver today as Louie is not fasted DIAGNOSIS: *Hepatopathy *Upper respiratory stridor *Mast cell tumour PLAN: *Continue on Amoxyclav and Denamarin for another two weeks *Recheck liver parameters in two weeks (with ref vet if not considering re-FNA or biopsy) *Consider liver biopsies vs re-aspiration of liver PROGNOSIS: Fair
