O reported that Elliot had a urinary tract infection 6 weeks ago and was resolved with a course of antibiotics. O reported that yesterday Elliot had two quick urinations in succession and was going in and out of the litter box last night, but not in any pain and no blood in urine. O reported that Elliot was urinating in a weird way, different from his usual sitting position. O reported that the litter box smell has been quite strong and noticed increased licking behaviour since last weekend. Cystocentesis performed for bacterial C&S Plan:O to follow up with Dr Emily Cook (internal medicine specialist) at ARHDISPENSED- Amoxicillin clavulanate 200mg tablets 20mg/kg -  three quarters of a tablet twice daily with food for seven daysClient communication:Advised O that due to the recurrent nature of the urinary tract infections, if this episode does not resolve, further imaging such as abdominal ultrasound may be required.
