O reported that Elliot was urinating in a weird way, different from his usual sitting position. O reported that the litter box smell has been quite strong and noticed increased licking behaviour since last weekend. Cystocentesis performed for bacterial C&S Plan:O to follow up with Dr Emily Cook (internal medicine specialist) at ARHDISPENSED- Amoxicillin clavulanate 200mg tablets 20mg/kg -  three quarters of a tablet twice daily with food for seven daysClient communication:Advised O that due to the recurrent nature of the urinary tract infections, if this episode does not resolve, further imaging such as abdominal ultrasound may be required.
