Hx- prednisalone has helped heaps +++ still not 100%. almost though!CEBARWell hydratedEars: Both ears much better on the macrolone. smears: WNLS! otoscopic exam: TMs appear intact, there is wax right in front of them. no erythemia but the R one remains mildly stenoticA- chronic otitis externaP- dispensed spiked ear cleaner and use once a week. trying our best not to use long term pred but may need to consider low doses in the furture.
