27/02/2026 Presented for -  history of recurrent interdigital dermatitis
reccurs every few months
has had heart murmur heard before

Skin:  interdigitla dermatitis - looks like grass seed sinus left fore between 4th / 5th digits - brief explore did not retrieve foreign body

Problem list:  interdigital dermatitis / furunculosis
DDx: poss foreign body - also consider chronic inflammation 
poss allergic / immune mediated involvelemt

Treatment in clinic:

Plan:  2wk cephalexin then recheck - likely manage with pred
consider either allergy work up or referral
(or could GA, explore, culture, biopsy here)
