Reason: Red Left Eye Appointment Notes: + did a random vomit ? akc Overdue remindersHistory: last night developed a very red left eye. Didtn seem to be rubbign it but thick green discharge produced. Other eye ok. Looked to settle a little but still iflamed today. Went outside at luch time and had a one off frothy vomit. No known abnormal ingestion of anything.Physical Examination: left eye blepharitis with inflamed lid margins. Conjucntival swelling and erythema, sclera ok, pupil ok. Right eye clear, MM pink, peripheral LN WNl, no abnormalities on abdominal palpation.Assessment: blepharitis + conjucntivitis left eye. Vomit related?Plan: flurescein stain left eye- no uptake.Amacin into left eye BID for 7 days to treat a presumed conjucntivitis (environmental vs infectious).Monitor vomiting, if persists recheck +- bloods. Vital Signs
