Facial swelling, improving.2. Suspected food-related allergies.3. Immune-mediated disease.Plan:- Reduce prednisolone to 0.5 mL daily for 2-3 weeks.- Continue PEA capsules at two daily for two weeks, then reduce to one daily as maintenance.- Re-evaluate in one month. Owner to provide an update via phone call or photo in two weeks if progress is favourable, with a potential further reduction of prednisolone to 0.4 mL daily.Communications:- Discussed that the new diet and PEA may be sufficient to manage the condition without steroids long-term, but a very low-dose steroid could be maintained if needed.- Advised owner on the plan for weaning prednisolone and adjusting PEA dosage.- Explained that fragile whiskers can be associated with immune system disease and rubbing.
