EYES: No discharge, no abnormalitiesEARS: bilaterally clean and clearMOUTH/TEETH: C1G0HEART: regular rhythm and intensity, no audible murmurLUNGS: clear BVS bilaterally, no crackles or wheezesABDOMEN/DIGESTIVE/URINARY: no focal pain, no distension or organomegaly.CNS/MSK: bright mentation, no lameness or gait abnormalitiesPERIPHERAL LN: no enlargementWEIGHT/DIET: 6/9REPRODUCTIVE: grossly normal. Assessment:A 0.5cm raised pink alopecia skin lump on L thorax, mild bleeding on aspiration. DDx inflammation vs MCT vs others Laboratory:  Cytology: mast cells with granulation 3+, granules, Neutrophils 2+. Plan:Recommended biopsy or lumpectomy under GA for histo. Owner elected to send off the cytology to IDEXX first, he will make up his mind after trip and also cytology result. Please inform owner when IDEXX cytology result is back.
