Appointment Notes: vomiting intermittantlysaturday vomited profusely during the day and a bit lethargic, yesterday normal and eating and toielting ok. today vomiting again and not watning to eat breakfast. still drinking ok. no FB ingestion and normal diet hills food. no scraps or fatty treats.examBAR- very excited and keen for treats.vision ok slight nuclear sclerosis.O feels hearing decreasing- seems to respond here ok but level of hearing unable to be determinedmm-P<2, hydation good.heart- Nromal sounding heart. normal rate, normal pulses. resp- pantingabdo- able to palpate deeply and no discomfort or obvious abnormality. normal firm faeces in colon.m/s- NAD good movement all joints ok. weight good- nice and lean.skin- clear healthy looking skin- no pruritis. no discharge in ears to cause deafness.  clean coattemp- 39.2Assessvomiting unknown cause.recommend bloods and u/s as next step. can treat symptomatically and see if resolves on own.treatcerenia tabs 80mg SID 2-4 days.if continuing to vomit needs r/v for blds and u/s.
