Sutures Fasting just incase sedation required. vulva stains came back as simple superficial pyoderma - try to emilinate underlying causes - do malaseb baths once to twice per week and follow with barrier cream like sudocrem or vaseline to protect skin sutures removed and wounds look good cone off in 1-2 days and can have bath on weekend
