<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><p>Groomed yesterday, groomer noticed a lump on right shoudler that was not there 2mths ago.<br>Also due to get his anal glands checked. <br>No other concerns, doing well.<br><br>Dome shaped lump approx 15mm diameter on cranial right shoudler, well demarcated, moveable, non painful.<br>COnsented to FNA while owner holding. <br>Adipocytes and fat droplets only - consistent with lipoma.<br><br>Anal glands emptied out the back with nurse holding. Very brave.<br>Moderate size, normal contents. No masses etc palpable after expressing. <br>REcc monitoring lump, remove if concerning or growing. </p></html>

has a very sensitive stomach and is on chicken breast and anallergenic food.Scratching. No skin lesions.Tends to itch more after going to groomer. .Have had a visitor and Lewis gets stressed so some of the scratching maybe behaviouralVery strict with diet so is not diet relatedIs generally itchy but not this bad. Put on apoquel for 2 weeks. Can get more if they want
