Appointment Notes: Diarrhoea for 2 wks, eating and behaving normallyHistory:Diarrhoea persisting for 2 weeks. 1 week ago did a telehealth consult with a vet, started on chicken and rice and prokolin since, however still having diarrhoea. Owner unsure if there is increase in amount of faeces, however thinks the frequency of defecation has decreased. No vomiting, still eating and drinking as normal.
