24/06/2025 O got home to find Alfie's left eye quite red and he is rubbing at it. Mother reports recurrent discharge from eye through the day. No known trauma. Not squinting, just rubbing at eye. Otherwise well.
PE: Left eye episcleritis and conjunctivitis with mild mucoid dc. Fluorescein negative. Normal anterior chamber. Normal pupil. Right eye normal. Mod dental dx 108, 208, mild other teeth. Ears, LN, hrt/lng snds, abdo palp, skin, coat normal. HR120, reg. BCS 7/9.
Tx: Allergic/irritant conjunctivitis. Gave NSAID injection for discomfort and inflammation. Applied first topical tx. Should resolve within 5d.  | 27/02/2026 Getting Nexgard Spectra. Due for tapewormers. Not keen on Greenies but eats deer antlers, goat horn. Gets teeth cleaned periodically at groomer. Still spending time in Greenwich and Cherrybrook. Lump on ear resolved. No concerns.
PE: Slab fracture 108 with mod to marked dental dx. Mild to mod dental dx 208, mild other teeth. Eyes, ears, LN, hrt/lng snds, abdo palp, skin, coat normal. HR96, reg. BCS 6.5/9. 
Tx: Nobivac Flex DHP + Bb/Pi #2528102. Dispensed tapewormer. To reduce ration. Recommend dental within next three months. Discussed Lepto. O feels exposure risk is relatively low at the moment so defer for this year. Recommend to have booster every 3 years.
