Hx: Eating and drinking fine, urinating fine. Hasnt seen defecate for 3 days but admits may have missed one. Scooted once yesterday. O says was in yesterday for AGs and to get laxatives. Gave small amount only. On hypoKal and 50% renal diet. 

S: BAR, BCS 4/9, pot belly
O: grade 2-3/6 systolic heart murmur, lungs clear, mm pale pink and moist, crt 1-2s, missing several teeth, mandible unstable - lateral movement a bit exaggerated, eyes and ears ok, LNs WNLs, small smooth kidneys, minimal firm faeces palpable mid descending colon, anus clean and anal glands feel ok from external palpation, wouldnt allow rectal examination
A: Not constipated today, may have missed a stool
