admit abdo u/s Splenic mass monitoring - stable - review in 12 mo. SKM Hx due for 3 mo review of splenic mass with u/s and external bloods. Ultrasound report MK. Observations Abdominal remarks There is no free fluid in the abdomen. The spleen is mildly heterogenous and has smooth margins. It is relatively isoechoic to the L renal cortex. There is an irregular hypoeochic focal lesion in the mid cd aspect of the spleen, measuring 1.1 x 0.5 cm in diameter. This lesion has remained stable is echotexture and dimension for the past 12 mo with 3 mo reviews. Conclusions Splenic lesion monitoring. Unchanged for 12 mo. Review in 12 months.
