<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><p>History:<br><br>- Shaking and shivering noted around 12:00, improved by approximately 15:00<br>- Walk this morning down by the water, on lead entire time<br>- Possible insect bite (bull ant or similar) during walk<br>- Mild cough this morning prior to walk - intermittent, not concerning associated with drinking <br>- No vomiting, no diarrhoea, no sneezing<br>- No limping or reluctance on stairs<br>- Alert and responsive throughout episode, responded to commands<br>- Eating treats well<br>- Ears cleaned last night by owner<br><br>- Current medications: Gabapentin 400mg at nighttime (behavioural) actually to calm him down because other dog is anxious <br><br>Past Medical History:<br><br>- No history of epilepsy<br>- Under behavioural vet<br>- Recently moved to area<br>- Vaccinations due 13/03/2026<br><br>Physical Examination:<br><br>- Demeanour: Bright and happy<br>- Temperature: 39.4°C (mildly elevated)<br>- Mucous membranes: Pink<br>- CRT: <1.5 seconds<br>- Abdominal palpation: Comfortable<br>- Thoracic auscultation: Slightly tachycardic, HR 160 bpm (normal <130), pulse 160 and synchronised, no pulse deficits<br><br>Assessment & Plan:<br><br>1.
