S/R and repeat ears.Was a bit lethargic this morning, owner keen to get him checked over. Still eating and drinking and toileting. Started to urinate inside as can't get out the dog door.Examination:Removed the sutures and pad from the left ear. The suture entry/exit points quite reactive. Cleaned with chlorhex and applied neocort. Will do a short course of calv to be safe.Both ear canals look normal.Oral examination normal, grade 1-2 dental disease caudal teeth.Abdominal palpation normal and  comfortable.Skin tenting normal.Chest sounds all clear.Appears to be ok, maybe is just the ear?Ear cytology: Both ears essentially all clear, just 1+ yeast in the left ear.
