Hx:Was getting overwieght so O took rice out of diet - has dropped a fair amount of weight. O feels he is more clingy than usual as well. O is also working away so may be anxiety. energy  levels are normal Drinking has not increased.  Scratches his face a lot atm. Loves food and starting to ask for food ( which he never did before.)Ex:BAR   mm pink, moist CRT <2secondsDG 2 - moderate tartar, minimal gingivitis.R submandibular LN larger than L Prescaps NSF SPinal palp NSFAbdo palp NSFNo limping. Coat in good condition.R ear inside of pinnae is rest.  Tests: - In vue cytology for ears TAHP for bloods to check blood UA: rule out UTI etcResults +1 Blood inm urine, USG 1.050 R ear  low numbers of cocci.Assessment: UTI  possible - treat with 1 week cephalexin and retest urine. Ear infection possible. Recheck in 1 week if LN still up. Placed PMP today in consult Plan Await TAHP and retest ear & urine next week Have explained that merridie is on her own tomrorow so unlikely to get blood tests.
