Reason: Pink Poo Then Runny Yellow PooHistory:This morning when taken for a walk - did first formed but pink stools, look all pink.Then 1 minute later, did a yellow runny stools.2-3 days - did notice formed pink stools on walk, he was fine, however did do 2-3 vomits of bile the same night. Appetite fine throughout. Does have tendency to get mucusy stools but not everyday.Did have D+ once last week. Diet: Big dog raw AM; Raw canine (got chicken necks in it + organs) PM Has been on this food since he was young. UTD w/ simparica trio. Examine:Verified: NoHistory:Young dog presented with pink formed faeces this morning followed 30 seconds later by yellow runny faeces. Similar pink formed faeces occurred 2-3 days ago with vomiting of bile-like material the same night (2-3 vomits). Dog had diarrhoea approximately one week ago on a rainy day (single episode observed). Owner reports dog regularly has mucousy stools compared to other dogs but still formed, not daily occurrence.V, D, S or C - No. Appetite maintained throughout, no loss of appetite reported.Energy levels normal, dog remains happy and active.Parasite control: as discussed.Diet: Big Dog brand for breakfast, Royal Canin for dinner (contains chicken necks). Raw food diet since puppy. Normal REAbdomen soft and comfortableSkin - normal hair coatAll peripheral LNs normalAmbulatory - no lameness or ataxia, full ortho exam not performedTemp - 38.3Assessment:- Acute diarrhoea with haematochezia and mucus- Gut inflammation and irritation- Differential diagnoses include dietary indiscretion, infection (viral, bacterial, protozoal), trauma from undigested bone fragmentsTreatment:- Pro-Kolin paste until 3 consecutive normal formed stools observed- Bland diet (boiled chicken breast and rice)- Avoid raw food and bones temporarilyPlan:- Antiparasitic medication (3 capsules once daily for 5 days) to be dispensed when stock arrives if diarrhoea persists- Consider long-term probiotic (Synbiotic capsules) for maintenance if recurrent episodes- Separate feeding or feed both dogs same bland diet temporarily- No treats during treatment period- Recheck if no improvement within few days- May need to consider alternative diet if raw food unsuitable long-term    Vital Signs    Weight: 26.68;       Temperature: 38.38;       BodyScore: 5/9;
