PRESENTING COMPLAINT: vomiting blood + bile
HISTORY:
- O came down to find multiple vomits on Shiro's bed - bile, grass and some blood
- No diarrhoea noted
- Ate breakfast normally this morning, O hasn't offered him dinner

- Normal diet: kibble + canned food + schmackos
- No recent diet changes
- No current medication
- No known access to toxins (e.g. rat bait), not walked off-leash or un-supervised

CLINICAL FINDINGS: 
EENO: MM pink and moist, CRT <2s, no evidence of petechiation/bruising
Cardio: HR 92, no murmur or arrhythmia
Resp: panting, no abnormalities on ausc
Became fractious after auscultation - turned to bite. Did not attempt abdominal/MSK palpation or rectal

PROBLEM LIST:
