WEIGHT: 38.30 HISTORY: Developed rashes around thighs, noticed just today, licking around. Has been diagnosed with IVDD which is being managed with hydrotherapy. Also check anal glands. No V and D. No new food. Today's visit is only for rashes. Parasite control: Advocate monthly. Current Medication: None/ Last time Meloxicam was given last year Exam BAR, BCS: 5/9, Mm: Pink, Dental: Not checked Dental: Looking good for age. CVS: Panting, could not hear. MSK: Very instable from pelvic limbs (3/5 lame). Derm: LFL: Acutely erythematous dermatitis on medial aspect of proximal limb/armpit with alopecia. Ddx: Localised dermatitis from allergies/bacterial infection/mites Rx
