Reason: EyeAppointment Notes: Has been pawing at Right eye and it's red and puffy. Possibly from eye ointment. cbHistory: Has been putiing oitment in. Had some diarrhoea. Noticed swelling of the left upper eyelid. Examine: Erythema of left upper eyelid. Small 1 mm ulceration wound noticed. Cornea conj no worse. Resp ok. T- 38.6. Differential Diagnosis: Unlikely to be reaction to chloropt. Can continue this. Continue doxyy if diarrheoea continues stop. Trauma. Sting. No evidence of anaphylaxis., Treatment: Meloxicam- .3 ml s/c. Plan:Stop all meds if worse. To AES if a lot worse. Rv monday if concerndd Vital Signs
