General Health Assessment - healthy for vacc
Discussed - brief discussion that normal dog does not lick feet , lick feet= itchy = likely allergy. advised if seasonal then likely atopic , if all year round then likely food related. given his behaviour cytopoint unfortunately prob not best option for him (was ok tho for inject today until end and turned to snap abit) and thus prob apoquel best. advised if itchy continues then revisit for further allergy chat . if ears still irritating then revisit for full sedation to assess ears incase FB etc. advised needs gaba and traz in future vet visits - doesnt seem to be anxious / on edge at home from what o describing but advised do monitor because if he is then we have tx options to reduce anxiety .
Plan - c5 intrascap sq (triennial c3)
Prescriptions(on-going) -
Next Visit - as required

+++ clipper rash. has been getting around cone. using only a fraction of trazadone dosing as bear was so sedate on in the first day.

advise use proper dose of trazadone to be able to get cream on at home. if not able to let us know as it is likely to get worse without treatment.
advise add some pool noodle/foam to extend and soften the eliz collar. otherwise a bigger cone (30cm).
