Presented to Port City emergency aftrer potential ingestion of Owners medication: Vortioxetine 10mg tablet. O has three dogs with her and is unsure which one ate it if at all. O was carrying two tablets in one hand and brekfast inthe other, one of her dogs jumped up and spilt her breakfast. O went to take her tablets and noticed she only has one tablet in her hand. O has looked at the ground and did not see any tablets. O has assumed one of her dogs ingested it. Currently on Chlorsig eye drops for conjunctivitis: Last day of treatment is tomorrow
