Reason: Big Sore On Back Ankle. AMAppointment Notes: booked Monday but ideally wants earlier. Will keep vacc app for other dog Monday & only bring Harrington forward if we can.Licking cranial left hock with thickened skin here but recently has been really chewing/licking more. Can see redness and ulceration and thickening is getting larger. Had a hot spot on the left side of the face last year and been using some natural herbal ear cleaner intermittently since then.Examination: 3 raised thickened skin lesions at the flexoral area of the cranial left hock with caudal one showed some redness and mild ulceration. Moist as well. Rest of skin really good but thickening below left ear mildly red as well. Both ears mild brown moist discharge and inflammation. Plan: Treat with antibiotics for lick granuloma on the left hock but also need to put on buster collar all the time as well. If still thickening there at the end of the treatment may need to try acupuncture so book in with AS. Treat ears with pmp as may get worse with buster collar. Vital Signs Weight: 43;
